Our vegan vanilla marshmallows are something we're really proud of. It's a little tricky to create a mallow that's soufflé light and carries the warm taste of fresh vanilla pods, that has that satisfying 'bounce' of a mallow but still toasts to the perfect caramelised crunch on the outside. But we did it! This is a marshmallow that everyone can enjoy and they are absolutely delicious.
The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: you won't find any colourings or flavourings here! Our VEGAN marshmallows will only ever use British Fair-Trade Sugar and are egg white, dairy & gluten free and, naturally, suitable for vegans. All our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery- with a min shelf life of 3 months. We hand-finish with beautiful toppings.They are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes.
