We want to give you get the best service and for you to love us and use us again. But if you’ve sent or received a Marshmallowist pressie or bought from us at an event and you’re not over the moon about the experience, please pop us an email straight away. Our address is email@example.com. We’ll do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to make things better.
We take payment when you place your order, rather than at the time of dispatch. This is to help avoid any last-minute hitches that might delay your delivery. We’re not able to accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it, and if there is a problem we’ll be in touch within three working days.
If we have your mallows already whipped up we’ll always try and put it in the post on the same day. If we get your order after 1pm, then it may be sent out the next working day. And just so you know, we don’t send out any items on the weekend or for weekend delivery. We currently use Hermes standard courier service which means you should have your order within 1-2 days. Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on their part. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can
Returns are only accepted for goods that arrive damaged or are sent in error. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our mallows are perishable goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances. But please, any issues always drop us a line.
Corporate or Bespoke Orders Policy
All orders are to be paid in full upon confirmation and receipt of invoice. Production will not start until payment is received, so late payment may affect delivery dates. If that’s a problem just let us know and we’ll try our best to be flexible but remember, we’re a small company and bespoke orders are expensive to create so we need your support in hustling your accounts teams!
Artwork and Design
We're frustrated creatives here. We like to mix it up and change things around from time to time. Sometimes this is just tweaks to a box design but sometimes we feel the need for a full design refresh. If you have ordered a gift from our website the contents of that gift will ALWAYS be as stated but we reserve the right to make changes to the box or card design. We promise you they will always look more beautiful.
All events are to be paid in full in advance. We invoice 50% on booking and 50% just before the event. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund if the event is cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
We send overseas deliveries using a variety of couriers (we choose the best option for your country and for the size of the order) the length of time it takes to reach you is the responsibility of the courier and not of us.
Gift Card Messages
We definitely have the right not to send a message that may contain offensive and/or content that we think is inappropriate. Soz.
We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.
