When the gorgeous Daou Vineyards asked us to create a marshmallow pairing for their Sand Polo event we knew this wasn’t the moment to play it safe.

Seeing our marshmallows nestled next to the Colin the Caterpillar empire is nothing short of surreal.

We’ve whipped up something truly special for this collaboration: our gourmet raspberry marshmallow layered with a swirl of buttercream and a scattering of raspberry crumb. Think of it as a cake... if a cake had the lightness of a cloud and the sass of a showstopper. But what happens when you take a bite? 

Yep. The Times. Like, the actual newspaper. We scrubbed the bakery, popped the kettle on and even put on matching socks. And then a very lovely journalist and a photographer turned up to talk marshmallows, magic, and why we ditched the capital for the sweet embrace of Yorkshire.
