An ever-growing part of our ‘campus’ is Leeds SILC Powerhouse-  a specialist post 16 Inclusive Learning Centre. It’s an inspiring and innovative provision for young people with any special educational need from physical disability through to autism.

It's true that most weddings read like a fairy tale. But ones that take place in a neoclassical castle…they have that little extra magic to them. Last weekend we flew out to the beautiful city of Budapest to serve our marshmallows at one of the most extravagantly romantic Indian weddings we have ever catered for.

I wrap these up in greaseproof paper and tie with string for picnics. But you can also eat them in your pyjamas or pop them in a biscuit tin and nibble away at tiny corners of them every time you make a cup of tea
