Each bite reveals a whipped mallow centre, a sprinkle of nuts, or a luscious spoonful of gooey fruit curd –these teacakes are all loved up! 

 4 Valentine's inspired Flavours- 

Turkish Delight- a milk chocolate shell, a rich cherry fluff and a floral rose turkish delight filling. 

Pistachio + Raspberry - a white chocolate shell, soft whip of raspberry fluff and a  pistachio creme centre.

Passionfruit Pavlova-  a creamy white chocolate shell, zingy passionfruit curd and a white chocolate and crushed meringue mallow fluff. 

Peanut Brittle - a  milk chocolate shell, with a crisp biscuit base, caramelised peanut brittle fluff and a gooey caramel centre.
