I wanted to mix some creativity and luxury into our Summer teacake range– whipping up a treat of soft biscuit base, a fresh swirl of marshmallow, oozing soft centre and a delicate layer of hand painted chocolate.

This season our teacakes have been inspired by the great outdoors. A glimpse of summer tastes through rose gardens and wispy clouds. This is one of our most adventurous and delicious collections ever! A selection of sensory teasing flavours with extravagant flourishes - because that's surely what we all deserve? So, Yes, a teacake, but one that will bring a few fun and thrills to any one in your life. 

Flavours: 

rose garden.- a creamy white belgian chocolate shell with a nutty pistachio fluff and a raspberry + rose jam.  

honey bee -  a milk belgian chocolate, elderflower fluff with a set honey centre on a shortbread biscuit.

earth  -a rich dark chocolate shell, a cookie crumb fluff with  a lionsmane mushroom caramel. 

summer clouds - a white chocolate shell hand-painted with a blue cloud scape, rich blueberry fluff and a cherry curd centre.

biscuit base: gluten free flour. milk, butter {dairy). golden syrup. brown sugar

mallow: sugar. invert sugar. glucose. (vanilla bean, pecan nuts/
champagne/raspberry puree, rose essential oil/ dark chocolate ) fish gelatine. salt. lemon juice.

gooey centre: sugar, water, vanilla, / lemon, sugar, butter, eggs / raspberries, sugar, pectin / dark chocolate

milk chocolate shelll (belgian milk (cocoa 33.6%). dark chocolate (
Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla
extract, white chocolate shell, sugar. cocoa butter . whole milk powder.
