about 

we created these beautiful mallows by following a traditional recipe. with dried fruit steeped overnight in brandy, we use dark brown sugar for a rich treacle taste and then gently mix this mallow until it oozes with the brandy soaked fruit. tasting exactly like a christmas pudding this brings a fresh new twist to the after dinner classic- serve on a board with fresh figs, candied nuts and shards of dark chocolate for a spectacularly moreish dessert.

the quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use fruit and organic herbs in our marshmallows – you won’t find any flavourings or additives. we only ever use fair-trade british sugar. they are egg white, dairy & gluten free and suitable for pescatarians. all our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery.

they will have a min shelf life of 2 months ( February 2026) so buy now and they will be perfect for Christmas gifting! 

they are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes- the perfect gift for those who love a more glamorous treat. 

the perfect sweet treat - melt into a hot chocolate or toast over a fire.
