flavours include: 

christmas pudding- with dried fruit steeped overnight in brandy, we use dark brown sugar for a rich treacle taste and then gently mix this mallow for a rich taste. 

hot chocolate- whipped from 100% dark cocoa and a sprinkling of cinnamon for a  taste that is both classically decadent but extraordinarily light. 

christmas snowflake - a shimmering snowflake embellished mallow

winter rose - a deep berry mallow with a wintery floral finish

raspberry & champagne - crafted from  premium rosé champagne that lift the raspberries in this delicate marshmallow. this has a  light and sparkling pop that really enhances the fruit.

raspberry + champagne marshmallow: sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, raspberry juice from concentrate   (21%), fish gelatine, glycerine, rosé champagne 12.5% abv (3%), dried raspberries, salt, cornflour, icing sugar

hot chocolate marshmallow: sugar, water, glucose syrup, invert sugar, 100% organic dark cocoa (14%), fish gelatine, glycerine, salt, organic cinnamon, cornflour, icing sugar.

popcorn and cranberry marshmallow: sugar, water, glucose syrup, invert sugar, popped corn, fish gelatine, glycerine, dried cranberries, salt, cornflour, icing sugar.
