I’ve gone back to my chocolatier roots and whipped up a mallow using organic 100% dark cocoa. Creating a taste that is both classically decadent but extraordinarily light. This mallow is fluffy and almost mousse like- it certainly passes our 'squish' test. We like to think it has that confident, gooey, chocolatey swagger.   

The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use organic cocoa in our marshmallows – you won't find any colourings or flavourings here! We only ever use British fairtrade sugar too. This mallow is egg white, dairy & gluten free and suitable for pescatarians- whipped up in our own bakery. They are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes-  the perfect gift for anyone who  loves a classic.  

The perfect sweet treat - melt into a hot chocolate or toast over a fire.

shelf life: all our mallows will have a minimum of 1 month shelf life upon delivery

allergen advice: contains fish gelatine, may contain traces of nuts

your order will be popped out using a tracked courier service. your mallows should be delivered within 1-2 days from dispatch. at exceptionally busy periods dispatch can take up to 3 days (we're a small team!)
