Grown up and a tad decadent - this is, hands down, the most popular flavour in our range. everyone loves it - so well done you for buying a box, you’re going to be pretty popular! We especially love this flavour in our toasting experience gift set  it really brings out the fruitiness of the raspberries. 

The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use fruit and organic herbs in our marshmallows – you won't find any colourings or flavourings here! They also contains a glass of champagne in each batch but, as with most alcohol in cooking, the alcohol content cooks out so you’re left with the soft taste of the berries and no sharpness from the booze. 

All our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery- they have a min shelf life of 1 months.

We hand-finish with beautiful toppings- a striking dried raspberry crumb for this flavour. We only ever use British fairtrade sugar. They are egg white, dairy & gluten free and suitable for pescatarians.They are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes- the perfect gift for anyone who likes a tipple!
