We are curling up into Autumn in a big way here. I feel it’s been a bit of a bumpy transition from summer through the September organisation and ‘back to school’ vibes-  I've been definitely need of some grounding  from carefully slicing ‘apple fans’ to adorn our mallows and bulk ordering Pumpkin Spice. I am now very happy to be sat here dreaming of wood fires, soggy leaves and hot chocolates.

What autumn collection would be complete without the ubiquitous pumpkin spice...but you won't find any synthetic flavourings here, we've whipped a freshly roasted pumpkin puree into a moreish filling.

My favourite night of the year is bonfire night and an evening spent munching sticky toffee apples watching the night sky fill with whoosing lights.

A delightfully grown up flavour using our house made damson gin jam...from hedgerow foraging. 

I am thrilled to have such a beautiful autumn collection...the warm spices filling our bakery are a cosy hug in a sweet treat.
