If you’ve never experienced Chelsea during the Flower Show let me tell you it’s wild…in more ways than you think.
Over the years I've been lucky enough to whip up some pretty unique marshmallows for the flower show - from a creative marshmallow and cocktail menu pairing to using botanical extracts to make a marshmallow that changed colour.
Chelsea is quite literally blooming for the whole of this week- the fancy restaurants create flower themed menu’s, the chicest boutiques create sculptural botanical displays and private parties spill out on to the bustling streets. Even if you didn't have a ticket to gaze at the garden show in all it’s splendour then a stroll down the street is wonder enough!
The theme for this year’s show is ‘environmentalism’ and
we were lucky enough to be asked to create bespoke boxes of edible flower petal mallows for a private evening at Chelsea Physic Garden. Our soft fruit mallows, delicately adored with organically grown roses and lavender. Perfect for an early summer evening treat, and with our sustainable packaging and hand wrapped gift paper- we really kept it on brand.

Our next partnership this year is with luxury London fashion brand Wyse. They have adorned their Kings Road store with a 'floral feast'. All the plants and flowers have culinary uses and they are inviting all their customers to celebrate with free Mirabeau Gin & Tonics and a selection of our gourmet mallows whilst they browse. Pop in and sample our Berry and Rose mallows- the perfect gin pairing in my opinion!
