So, when the gorgeous Daou Vineyards asked us to create a marshmallow pairing for their Sand Polo event we knew this wasn’t the moment to play it safe.

We’ve whipped up something truly special for this collaboration: our gourmet raspberry marshmallow layered with a swirl of buttercream and a scattering of raspberry crumb.
