As ever at this time of year...my thoughts turn to Meg Ryan. The undisputed queen of 'Fall'. I could get lost for hours in her films...hankering for  polo neck jumpers, brown boots and twinkly lights.

To ensure that the sun always shines on our bakery we’re serving up our NEW summer range- ‘A totally tropical taste’ two teacakes that celebrate long days, getting more freckles, hot nights and grassy bums.

 

There are few things in life i enjoy more than nosying in on others people’s weddings. And we’re lucky enough to have just come back from, perhaps one of the most stunning weddings i have ever been to.

10 years ago, from my stall on Portobello Road market I decided I was going to turn this trestle table- brimming with fruit marshmallows cut into their perfect squidgy cubes- into a proper business. A registered business…gulp. 

Having a sustainable company means everything to us- but this means all aspects of sustainability. The social problems associated with the food industry are pretty well known…So, I feel that if I’m going to have a food company it can’t add to these problems.
